Thursday July 18th

4:00pm- Hotel Check-in

5:00pm- Luau Meet & Greet Registration/ Hotel Happy Hour

5:30pm - 7:00pm- Dinner of your choice: Restaurant at Embassy Suites/ Hattie B's Chicken/ Chuy's Mexican Restaurant*

7:00pm to 10:00pm- Quality Time in Banquet Room

10:00pm until- Adult After-Hours on Rooftop Patio

Friday July 19th

7:00am to 9:30am- Complimentary breakfast

10:00am- Free Time*

5:00pm-7:30pm- Dinner and games at Pins Mechanical (First round of Party Bus shuttle leaving hotel at 5pm)

7:30pm to 10:00pm- Free Time

10:00pm until- Adult After-Hours on Rooftop Patio

Saturday July 20th (Reunion Shirt Day)

7:30am to 9:30am- Complimentary breakfast available

9:30am- FAMILY ENTREPRENEUR SUMMIT (Tell the family about your great business! Bring samples, business cards, flyers, presentation, signup sheet, etc and claim some of your family reunion expenses as a business write-off on your taxes). We will eat breakfast and hear family members tell us about their business ventures… that’s the foundation to start building generational wealth!

11:00am to 1:00pm- Tour at National Museum of African American Music* (average $26.95)

1:30pm- Lunch at 5th + Broad Assembly Food Hall area*

1:30pm to 5:00pm- Free Time*

6:00pm to 11:00pm- Dress Attire Banquet

11:00pm until- Adult After-Hours on Rooftop Patio

Sunday July 21st

7:30am to 10:30am- Complimentary breakfast

11:00am- Hotel Check-out / Departure until we hug again!
